Introduction

Hi!  My name is Bronwyn and I am new to blogging.  I am the mother of two special boys (11 and 12 years old).  We have been homeschooling since 2004.  We are a military family and both of our boys have diagnosis on the autism spectrum so our homeschooling experience has been challenging at times.  We have worked hard to adjust and adapt when needed and I have learned a lot about my kids and myself.  We freely acknowledge our dependence on God in our lives and have watched Him move in some phenomenal ways.  I feel blessed to be able to share in my children's accomplishments and to be able to comfort them in their times of pain.  I feel that as homeschoolers we are given a special opportunity to be more involved in our children’s lives and therefore are not only able to provide them with a more individualized education but also to train them up in a way that is sensitive to their unique personality, strengths, and weaknesses.   I am blessed to have great kids and a wonderful husband and I look forward to sharing our experiences with you
